ADMISSION AND PROMOTION

• Registration for LKG (and Pre-KG/UKG) admission begins on 1st December every year. Online application form is available on the school website.
• Admission will be confirmed after an informal interview, which will be intimated by SMS/E-mail within a week.
• For Pre-KG: Child must have completed 3 years by May 31.
  For LKG: Child must have completed 4 years by May 31.
  For UKG: Child must have completed 5 years by May 31.
• Parents seeking admission should approach the school authorities directly. No recommendations through second or third parties will be entertained.
• Ursuline Senior Secondary School, Kannur, collects only the prescribed fees and does not accept any donation in connection with admission.
• To secure a pass in any subject, a student must obtain at least 40% marks in all tests and examinations.
• A student who fails in English language will not be promoted.
• A student who fails twice in succession in the same class may be requested to leave the school.
• A student who fails in Class XI will be asked to seek admission elsewhere.
• Withdrawal notice must be given in writing by the parent/guardian (not by the student).
• A month’s tuition fees must be paid by those applying for a Transfer Certificate after the re-opening of the school, regardless of attendance.
